History

Postby walker287 » Fri Nov 27, 2009 1:38 pm

I am keen to research the history of the Corps, and in particular, the history of my Wing (ESSW)

Does anyone know where I can find a list of disbanded Squadrons? I'd love to find out Squadron histories and things :)

Try writing to HQAC, they love things like that.

Am I permitted to write directly to HQAC or do I have to go through the chain of command first?

Theres is a bookon the very subject, have a look around and you'll find it. It had a mention in the aircadet comic a few years ago.

I've been trying to remember for a couple of weeks but with no luck. Dig about the old comics and you might be lucky or search amazon/google with various titles and you may well find it

By old comics do you mean "Air Cadet" magazine?
